Background
Brenda Geiger earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and graduated with a JD degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. While attending USD School of Law, she was invited to be a member of the San Diego International Law Journal. While serving as a member of the Law Journal, she wrote and published a scholarly journal article that was published in the Journal. During that time she was also offered a position as an Editor for the Law Journal which she accepted. Upon graduation from law school, she worked as of counsel attorney for two local well established San Diego law firms while she began building her own practice. Brenda’s practice focuses exclusively on estate planning, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, asset protection, and corporate formation. Brenda is licensed
to practice law in all California Courts and the 9th District Federal Court. |

Brenda is a member of WealthCounsel and WealthCounsel Advisors Forum. These are professional organizations which provide state of the art legal education to estate planning attorneys.
Brenda is also active in a wide range of professional and community organizations, including the North County San Diego Bar Association, the North County Estate Planning Council, the Tri-City Hospital Planned Giving Advisory Council, and the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. She is currently an active member of Financial Women International, and a volunteer for Love on a Leash and Casa de Amparo.
On a more personal note, Brenda is married to Len, the CEO of a web hosting company in San Diego.
They have two small children, Leonard and Taylor. They also have two German Shepherds, Starsky and Semper who are more like two additional kids.
